| Be nice and respect each other. Everyone has the right to express their opinion. Listen before judging. If only one person seeks conflict, conflict is not inevitable. If you find your behaviour is upsetting other members find another forum for your activity. Start your own group. This place is ours to shape as we will. |

| All content on the website including graphics, code, text, software, audio and video is owned or licensed by CopperStrings. The exception to this is the content of members' personal pages where all content uploaded by members remains the property of the member who created it. Members agree to assume responsibility for ensuring that they have the right to post all items to their profiles. Please take particular care to ensure that audio and video content is permitted to be posted on the Internet, including (but not limited to) all secondary content such as music tracks in a video and samples used to create music. CopperStrings is not responsible for the posting of such information, and we will remove any items posted in violation of any intellectual property rights as soon as possible after we receive notification. |

| Members agree not to post any libellous, defamatory, illegal or offensive material on CopperStrings, and to take responsibility for all material they post. Any such material that comes to our notice will be removed without warning. This includes links to offensive material (at our discretion). If you feel you have a compelling reason to link to such a site it is beholden upon you to make the content of the destination page clear to any other member who may follow the link. |

| Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Copperbeech Ltd against all claims, damages or costs that arise directly or indirectly from your unauthorised use of CopperStrings or any materials and information contained within CopperStrings. |

| CopperStrings is not responsible for the content of any external sites that we may link to. While we will do our utmost to ensure that the destination pages of our outgoing links are appropriate to the spirit of our site, we have no control over anyone else's website. If you discover a link to an inappropriate or offensive website please inform us and we will remove the link as soon as possible. What is deemed inappropriate or offensive is at the discretion of CopperStrings. |

| We will not tolerate the use of our site to spam other members. We don't like spam or spammers (see our privacy policy). We understand that there will be times when it will be entirely appropriate to recommend a product or service, but if such behaviour becomes repetitive, and is not germane to the discussion it is posted in, the offending posts will be removed and your membership status will be reviewed. Nobody likes having their membership status reviewed! |

We will endeavour to use this drastic action as a last resort, but we will not jeopardise the health and happiness of the community for the sake of individuals and niceties. We will make every effort to warn any member in danger of being asked to leave, but we do not guarantee that a warning will be issued. |

| Our service is provided on an “as is” and an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or 100% reliability of our service. We will do our best in this regard however. |
